On that cruise, I took all the walking tours and any tasting tours. It's a super cruise.
If you can only do one of two, how do you know whether you would have preferred the second choice? It also depends on your personal interests which you might choose. Or maybe you have been to one of them before.
Did you do anything in Amsterdam the day before - what do you recommend?

I believe you need to book tickets to the Anne Frank house well in advance.
A few years ago we did this route with another company, and ended up in Cologne on a Sunday. They did not allow tours inside the cathedral during Mass, and on Sundays there were Masses going all day long. All the tourists were roped in a tiny section at the back of the cathedral, and we were told by the "guard" that no one would be allowed in until 8 PM. We had departed by then, so did not get to tour inside. Hopefully, you are not in Cologne on a Sunday.
You can buy tickets to Ann Frank's house also the Van Gogh Museum is another one to visit if you like his art.
