Weather for November Treasures of Spain and Portugal cruise

We are headed to Barcelona Nov 5-22 Lisbon. I see that temperatures are normally 70sF during the day and 60sF at night -- is it usually dry, sunny, humid? I'm trying to reduce the amount I bring to wear and plan to layer if needed. Also, on the ship (WindSurf), is it comfortable on the outside decks? Thanks

    It’s easy to remember the Mediterranean area part of the tour, warm wet winters just like California. If you look at any of the weather apps, Weatherspark is good, it breaks down all those kinds of statistics.

    The answer to the deck question depends on the answer to your weather question. The outside decks are fairly exposed, and they are not heated. If the wind is blowing that could affect your comfort level. The pool deck has two hot tubs and a small pool. We have always been able to enjoy the outside decks. We have cruised on the Wind Surf about a dozen times. We were just aboard last month.
