It rained when we were in Ushuaia and it was windy, so definitely worth it just in case. It’s a very hilly town too. We were there for several days last January.
This was the way we dressed in Ushuaia. It was adequate. We did not bring “rain gear” for our trip in mid January. I always have disposable rain ponchos in my back pack.
