You can do the Grand European cruise which takes you from the Black Sea to Amsterdam. Go to Tauck’s website and do a ‘Budapest’ search for other options. You will have to determine if dates align with your cruise. Good luck with your search.
Call up Tauck and they can help you connect back to back tours according to the dates of the tours.
Jeff S - Here's one you didn't expect. Reverse your river cruise directions and go Budapest to the Black Sea (ends in Bucharest), then take an under 3 hour flight to Cairo to connect with the Egypt: Jewel of the Nile tour (cruises on the Nile for a few days).
This would be a much more diverse trip, combining Europe and Africa.
Combining another European river cruise onto your Black Sea to Budapest trip is fine, just not nearly as diverse. If you go that route, then the easiest would be to do as 'kfn' suggests and simply book the single longer cruise - the Grand European cruise.
Trouble is, there are only about three dates each year for that cruise and at peak time
