I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. I went to Peru/Galapagos last May (2025) as a solo traveler. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip, felt safe at all times - the only time you are really alone is your travel to and from home and after that you are with your tour group for the most part. Absolutely loved Peru! I was very careful with food and drink and had no issues - I did get the typhoid vaccine (its called a vaccine, but it was a series of 4/5 pills) before I went to be on the safe side. If you have any specific questions or areas you want to know about please ask. Have a great time - I think you'll love it.
I, too, traveled as a solo on a tour with Tauck on a lovely tour to Peru and Bolivia several years ago (It's a different tour now.) Prior to the trip, I went to my travel medicine clinic (as I always do) and followed their advice about vaccines, avoiding all alcohol (including those pisco sours) and any uncooked vegetables (no salads!) or fruit that you cannot peel by yourself. I had no issues with altitude in either country but did come home with bronchitis, but never had any gastric problems. Drink the coca tea, when offered, and even enjoy the coca hard candies, but make sure that you don't try to bring any back to the US.
