Stockholm and Oslo visit

You were all so helpful with Bergen (THANK YOU), here are some questions about Stockholm.
Any thoughts on the following from recent travelers?
-In Stockholm, thinking about City Hall (not visited w/Tauck this trip), ABBA museum, Royal Palace and canal tour for our free time. Can you comment and/or prioritize these from your experience please?
-Restaurants you liked within walking distance to the Hotel Riesen?
(Fika & Wine already recommended from folks here). That and others?
-In Oslo, any recs for free time? Dinner thoughts (near Grand Hotel)?
Happy Travels!

    The ABBA Museum is terrific!

The façade of Stockholm’s City Hall might appear drab, but step inside for its gorgeous interior.

The changing of the guard in Gamla Stan. You will find many places to eat there.

    Archipelago tour by boat.

I haven’t been to the ABBA museum yet, but that is on my list.

I am sure Tauck takes you to Frogner Park in Oslo.

Holmenkollen Ski Jump. The views are amazing.

Walk on the roof of the Oslo Opera House.

    Edvard Munch Museum.

Oslo, definitely the Munch museum. Restaurant at the top is nice for a great lunch.
Can’t recall the name but we asked the Concierge at the Grand hotel who recommended a local restaurant, down a side street area, small and a bit like a bar where the locals eat. We had an amazing reindeer stew with lingonberries with it.

In Stockholm last summer, we walked from Hotel Reisen to Aifur, a restaurant in the SW of Gamla Stan, for an authentic Viking feast featuring foods from the late Iron Age, locally made mead, live music, and Viking "non"-etiquette. (in order to gain one's seat against the wall, one had to climb across the top of the table!) It was an amazing experience - definitely need a reservation.
In Oslo, we did a one-hour fjord cruise from the waterfront in front of City Hall, and had a drink with a view at the rooftop bar in the Grand Hotel.
