Hotel option in Fez
we are looking into 2 trip options for Magic of Morocco. The small group and classic group stay in different hotels in Fez. The small group stays at the Palais Faraj and the classic group stays at Hotel Sahrai. Both have a totally different "feel" and style to them. Also, they are in different locations in Fez. Please provide any feedback on either hotel (or both if you know them) and your experience staying there on your own Magic of Morocco tour. Or, even if you have heard things about either from other travels you know. Any info would be so very appreciated!

We stayed at the Hotel Sahrai which was more of a modern boutique hotel with sunken bathtubs. We were picked up by our motorcoach that evening and made our way over for the group dinner at the Palais Faraj, which is an older, but beautiful, property. Hope this helps!
We stayed at thePalais Faraj and it was a nice hotel. I can't compare it to the Hotel Sahrai because I've never been to the Hotel Sahrai.
Just a suggstion - look at https://www.mikeandjudytravel.com/2022-1Morocco-01.htm for some history on Morocco.
Here are some comments about the hotel - https://www.mikeandjudytravel.com/2022-1Morocco-02.htm#PalaisFaraj
Appears Palais Faraj is getting a facelift...................................
The tiny/slow-moving elevators at Palais Faraj provided us a renewed sense of patience. Once you land on the roof top, the view is fabulous!
