Zimbabwe Entry Declaration Form
We are arriving in Zimbabwe on July 8. The immigration website only provides eVisa applications and we cannot locate the online Entry Declaration form. Did anyone have any luck locating this form on the immigration website?

We couldn't find it also - what did you do?
You can get it online at https://tools.sars.gov.za/sarsonlinequery/traveller. However, it cannot be filled out more than 24 hours before departure. I confirmed this with Tauck.
