It depends on your price range and whether you want to stay in the city center or close to the airport.
it is very easy to use the train from the city center to the airport
We stayed a couple of nights at a very modest hotel (a Rick Steves recommendation not a Tauck 4/5 star). The hotel helped arrange a transfer since there was 5 of us. It was easier and very reasonable even though we were close to the train station and sights.
