Day trip to Cesky Krumlov from Prague - any advice?

We are on the August 30 East bound cruise from Prague to Budapest, but arriving 2 days early. We are looking at tours/companies who offer a day trip from Prague to Cesky Krumlov so that we won't miss it (and we can then choose Salzburg as our excursion while docking in Linz). Has anyone found a good tour guide or company who provides transportation for this day trip? We will probably have 8-10 people in our group.
