Chicago rent a car - ideas?

Hello,

My name is Jill and I want to travel to Chicago this year. I currently live in New York and I have been planning to see Chicago for a long time. I don't enjoy driving my own car through the country nor do I like taking buses. The train is too slow, and the flights take all the fun away.
I prefer luxury traveling and I have used the services of Coachmanlimo, yet for Chicago I heard only of Pontarelliischicago. Do you know anything about this company?
Any reviews or past experiences with them that you can share?
Also, what touristic destination would you suggest?
