February VCT trip vaccine requirements

My husband and I are on this trip and were wondering about ALL the vaccines recommended by CDC - are they really necessary- seems like the activities aren’t anything dangerous and the hotels are first class. Would prefer not to have to do all these. Any thoughts ?
