Seine River- when does boat cruise.

Do the boats move/cruise only in daytime hours?
In Portugal (Douro River) they are not permitted to move at night.

    It depends. You are right about Portugal. My upcoming 13th Tauck river cruise seems to both sail at night, and during the day. Most of the daytime cruising is nice as you sail the river and scenery.

    Last river trip I took on the Seine (2014) they cruised at night.

    Mostly at night. Look in detail at your itinerary checking for comments on when its underway. On our Seine cruise it was mostly evening but there were some mornings and afternoons we were cruising.
