Traveling this September 17, 2025, Classic Italy Tour. First time TAUCK trip, first time to Europe. Traveling with my BFF, I live in Florida would love to connect with fellow travelers. Arriving early for Capri. So excited

RobBenziBooked the same trip with my wife. We too are arriving a day early for the trip to Capri. Bit concerned about the time of Capri tour. We never recieved the itinerary for the day. You by chance wouldn't have any info on it, ie; departure time?

Hi, so glad to hear from a fellow traveler. you can find on the overview page a day by day trip document with all the information including times and instructions for the entire trip inc. the pre CAPRI add on. We added the Capri trip and AND We are staying at the same hotel in Naples and arriving on Sat 9/18. here is the info both if you're at the same hotel or changing to the Hilton Sorrento Palace on the morning of the 19th. Capri Option Day 1 (Additional cost at time of booking)
For those wanting to go to Capri on their own, this can now be arranged as a pre-tour package option purchased through Tauck. This option can be purchased at time of booking or at any time leading up to the departure date. Services provided by our local agency in Sorrento. To verify your selection, be sure to review your financial summary via email or your Tauck MyAccount prior to departure.
Option includes:
Transfers to/from port for all Tauck-approved pre-stay hotels in Sorrento
Hydrofoil: Sorrento-Capri-Sorrento
Local Guide (Full day, English-speaking)
Private boat tour around the island of Capri (weather-permitting) or alternate visit if inclement weather
Visit to Augustus Gardens Transportation on Capri
Minicoaches have 20 seats and no bathrooms, guests will be on the minicoach approximately 20-25 minutes per ride segment, but, if guest requires a bathroom break, at any time, there are many places to stop
Lunch (2 courses + 1 soft drink)
Gratuities are included in the option cost to the guest Timings:(Please be prompt for departure)

Luggage service for guests pre-staying at an alternate Tauck-arranged pre-stay hotel in Sorrento:
Guests will check-out of the alternate, local Sorrento hotel the morning of the tour start date. Guests should be checked out and ready in the lobby at 7:30AM. Checked luggage will go with the guests and driver of the transfer vehicle. Once guests have been dropped at the port, the driver will continue with the luggage to their starting hotel where it will be held in a secure area and delivered to the guests' rooms while they are on their excursion.
Please note: if you are pre- staying at another hotel, other than a Tauck- arranged or Tauck-approved hotel in Sorrento, you are responsible for getting yourself to the start hotel to meet the other guests by 7:40 AM for the excursion.
