Any updates on river water levels and any impact on the Sept 9th trip?
I'm taking the Rhine cruise in early September. I've signed up for the cog-wheel train ride up Switzerland's highest mountain. How cold will it be? Do I need a down jacket or is my wool-lined Burberry enough with a cashmere sweater?

I know dress code has been discussed all across the Internet. But specifically on this cruise, how many nights are "dressier" for dinner and how many nights are more casual? Are nice jeans, dressy top and nice shoes considered casual?
