Alex was in the Galapagos with a group at about the same time we were on our first trip there. Alex was on NatGeo and we were on Celebrity Xpedition. That was our first ‘small’ boat trip, and we have only rarely been on big boats with family ever since. We were at the top of Royal Caribbean’s Crown and Anchor loyalty program and got demoted. We left RCCL and never went back. They actually did us a favor cuz we discovered small boat cruising.
