If you've looked at the Entry Requirements for this tour (Tauck home page under Travel & Health requirements, then Travel Requirements by tour) you'll see this line:

All travelers must fill in the Entry Form at https://swissplf.admin.ch/home in advance of their journey.

There are a couple of useful forum thread on the Rick Steves travel forum about how to do this and a couple of confusing issues. Short version, to enter US phone numbers - put a plus sign then a 1 followed by area code and number. Also that we put the US as the country we departed from even if we had a transit in a European airport.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
