I just learned there are small museums in Terminals 2 & 3 at the Cairo International Airport. Did anyone happen to see or visit them while waiting for your flight home?
nope! I did not..
Because as I figured it would be... the check-in at the Emirates counter in ( Cairo ) was crazy due to everyone going to the Expo 2020- for either work or to visit - it was the first weekend after inaguration...
So, I had requested assistance for my mom (wheelchair, it works great ) it got us through in 5 min. not 1 hour 40 min.
But of course.. we had to be discrete.. so, we had no choice but to go where they took us... and it was directly into the plane.- no time for anything else.. not much to see or do @ the Cairo departure airport anyways... .- and we where going to do our shopping in Dubai.. so it was fine.
