Greetings,
Considering an October trip: Yosemite and Sequoia: John Muir's California. In looking at the reviews for one of the hotels listed in the itinerary - The Ahwahnee - it appears it's undergoing massive and sorely needed construction. Has anyone been on the trip recently who can comment about the state of things there?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    We were there in June, 2023 so a lot could have changed. There was construction - the dining room was closed, but we still had a very nice dining venue (see pic). There was also some exterior work being done on the roof (2nd pic). I don't remember construction noise being an issue. We very much enjoyed the hotel. One night we ate with another couple on the patio. We ordered food from the bar and staff graciously opened wine we had bought at one of our stops. It was a great experience. You can't beat the location.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
