Is there any restriction for bringing CBD oil to Europe? Its applied topically to your aching joints.

Every European country has its own rules. The best thing is to check with the embassy/consulate of the country you will be visiting, as well as the airports you might be transiting through on the way to your destination. I would be sure to take as much documentation as possible.

Ginger—both in crystal and tea form—works well for me. I am presently receiving acupuncture on my hands/thumbs with promising results. Good luck.

I would also suggest Voltaren. Europe is a lot of different countries.

You can get Voltaren in Europe for less than it costs in the US. I don't remember what country we were in, but we looked in a pharmacy and was surprised at the lower cost. My wife bought some and brought it back with us.

I was able to purchase Voltaren in the Heathrow Airport at Boots #7. It is much stronger than what you can purchase here.

In the States, Voltaren is 1%. In Europe, one can buy 2% at pharmacies. What a difference!
