For the most part, no. Jackets were not required for men, and most did not have them. There are a couple of very nice hotels, so collared shirts and decent slacks are appropriate. For women, nice slacks and blouse or dress. One couple on our tour did dress quite fancy, but I think they enjoyed doing so. They had five pieces of luggage.😏
We just returned and I believe Lotusgirls response is accurate. Perhaps 2-3 men had jackets, For example the farewell dinner was a boat ride to a casual restaurant. Overall because it is such an active tour the dress is mostly casual. I will be posting a short review after I get over my jet lag.

Our tour was kind of right after things opened up from COVID (3 years ago), and I don't recall anyone dressing up.
