Alternatives for the Baltics?
I see Tauck is planning a Baltics + Scandinavia cruise for 2027. I am looking for alternatives, as I've already been to the Scandinavian cities (more than once) and prefer a land tour to a cruise. Can anyone recommend alternatives with a similar amenity level to Tauck? If you're not comfortable posting this publicly, please PM me. Thanks.

I would also like to know. I’ve also been to Copenhagen, Stockholm and Finland and feel I do not want to repeat these beautiful places again just to see the Baltic States. I am looking at RailwayAdventures.com. for 2027. The 2027 dates are not posted but I’ve read the entire 2026 itinerary. I have a friend in Canada traveling with them in 2026 and she is very particular.
The forum does mention other tour companies, A&K, etc and other cruise companies, WindStar, Viking, Regent, Siversea, etc etc and I understand why some prefer not to. I would like to combine this trip in 2027 with a Tauck trip either before or after.

I know there is no need for BKMD to read this post, but for those who are not dedicated bus people the cruises in the Baltic are quite nice. We have done the Baltic with Windstar, and with Tauck/Ponant and we enjoyed both very much. Of course our Tauck trip included St. Petersburg and that is not likely to happen again anytime soon.
I think I was able to reply to BKMD because he contacted me but it can’t be done the other way round if the person is on the privacy setting.
