It’s entirely up you Kristy. Some people do nothing, neither spraying their clothing nor taking Malaria meds. Some people spray and take the meds.
If you are going to spray your clothing, you will be surprised how much of the Premethrin you need….quite a lot. I think you have probably read here on the forum, that you have to be careful with the product while it is wet…..such as hanging the clothing outside while you spray and wearing a good mask as it is toxic until it dries. So consider doing this well in advance of your trip.
