How to travel with prescription and OTC drugs

Do I need to carry all the original prescription and OTC containers on the Classic Safari? Others have suggested taking a picture of the original container with the pill in the picture. Does this suffice? Any other ideas? Thanks!

    We packaged ours in individual 2x2 bags for each day. No one ever checked our bags or asked about medications.
    I did have pictures of the medication containers just in case.

    I used to do all that, pictures of the bottles and pills. However, the generics change so often all I do now is take the print out of all my medicines off the webpage for my doctors and packs the pills in daily containers. No one has ever asked to see them at customs but I also know I do not take any medicines that are banned in the countries I visit.
    Never offer to show your meds at customs, only show them if they ask. I have been to K and T several times.
