Romantic Rhine April 2016 trip-Anne Frank tour

Looking for some insight on obtaining Anne Frank tickets for April 6th. I tried through their website but was sort of scammed they gave me a cruise ticket with the promise to send a follow up email with Anne Frank tickets and just yesterday when I followed up they said no more tickets available for that tour date. They are promising to refund my original purchase. Hoping you can provide direct on this. Thank you

    Did you go to the official Anne Frank House web site at http://www.annefrank.org?

    I just checked and there are tickets for multiple times on April 6.

    Yes that is where I went but may try again. It took me into a Ticketbar site to order the ticket.
    There are tickets But only at noon not earlier and since the tour starts that day worry about getting to boat.

    Didn't get back online until today and only 3pm is open and that is too late. Really sad since this was one of the reasons I am going in early. Is it possible to get them on the same day if I show up when they open? Thanks
