Can I get Gift of time for Entire Family?

Wife and I are taking daughter's family of 5 on Bridges river cruise. We will be booking 3 cabins...total seven of us. I am paying for all three cabins and will book them together. Wife and I are past cruisers; rest of family is not. Can we get Gift of Time for all 7 of us in 3 hotel rooms?

We could not get the. GOT for our family on our first Bridges tour, there were nine of us. I really thought we would be able to since we had traveled with Tauck so much. Our second Bridges tour, we all got it. And yes, we paid for everyone. But hey, you never know, you might get lucky and they might give it you.
What we did get was one traveling free because with nine or more, one person travels free which is more valuable.
Both our tours were excellent and great for family bonding and lasting memories. We have a third one booked for next year.

Thanks for your reply. Will see what happens. If we book 3 to a cabin in largest rooms, dies 3rd person pay the full fare (assuming all are age 13 or older)..so no child rates?

We have 3 in a cabin for our next trip, you still have to pay the published price for a triple. I think child rates stop at 12. Also, I think there must be an adult in a room/cabin with anyone under 18.. I think this is all hidden way into the depths of the website

Just learned from my TA that they have a special arrangement with Tauck to offer GOT to new guests also, so getting it for full party!

They got it for me last year on my first cruise and I assumed it was a one time special promotion, but apparently it us a permanent arrangement my TA has with Tauck.

The ‘gift of time’ is available to all returning guests whether they book through a travel agent or not.

As mentioned, we don’t know if their personal Travel Agent treated them for the complimentary pre or post hotel stay and calling it the Gift of Time. My travel agent has gifted us similar gifts, probably because I have been with her forever. It is definitely appreciated.
