How long is spa excursion in Baden Baden?

  To find out more information, go on the Tauck website and navigate to the page for your tour. Then click on View Full Itinerary button and go to that day in the tour. Any day with excursion choices will have green text "Excursion Choices". When you click on that it will give you details about each option. Here is what it says for that day:

  Duration 6 hours 30 minutes

  Since this is an included excursion I not sure it's at your cost. I'd call Tauck and get the hourly schedule (the time you depart the ship, when you'll arrive in Baden Baden, etc) and confirm the cost issue.

  Best thing to do is call Tauck in this case to primarily to find out the exact time of arrival and departure so you can book a treatment. A number of years ago, you could use the pools, steam rooms and saunas which were all included by Tauck admission but treatments were extra. For this spa you will need swimwear(textiles) although some areas are textile free and I believe unisex. In addition, I am not sure if a towel is included or if there is a small cost. The other main spa is the Friedricksbad spa which is the more typical roman bath where everything is included including towel but is a more rigid process, most days is textile free and coed although they recently have changed this on some days. Its awesome. Nothing like be textile free with your new Tauck friends. I don't think they offer this anymore. Make sure you leave a little time for a post spa beirgarden stop. The Lawenbrua beer garden is fairly close to the spa.

  It is likely the tour director(s) will survey the group ahead of time and will book the treatments for you. I can’t speak to this tour, but that is how it worked on other trips.
