First river cruise, any advice what to do or not to do? Been on plenty of ocean cruises.
Right before we left for the airport we got notification that we would have a ship swap which was inevitable…glad the trip is a go and we won’t be homeless when we get to Zürich…says there won’t be any excursion changes just longer bus rides…and the last three days are as scheduled… Looking forward to the adventure…but…
Will be on the Inspire August 3rd to August 13 from Basel to Amsterdam. Was wondering what sort of weather can be expected then. Anyone else taking the same journey?

I understand no curling irons are allowed onboard. I have a brush blow dryer and would like to use it, rather than the blow dryers Tauck provides. Anyone else in the same boat? ;-)
We have reserved cabin #316 on the Rhine, Swiss Alps & Amsterdam tour. Should we be concerned about engine noise? Thanks in advance for any responses from previous travelers on this tour.

August 3-12 trip. A new excursion choice was posted for "Stuttgarter Spring Beer Festival" (which we chose). But when I research it the spring festival is in April/May. Can find nothing in Stuttgart during those days in August. ???
On the Rhine River cruise from Basel to Amsterdam April 27. Going to the Caracalla spa in Baden Baden. How much time is spent there, and is there an opportunity to book any massages or other treatments?. If so, I would book ahead of time and do realize it’s on my d8me. Thanks for any info.
We returned late Wednesday from this cruise. It was the 1st cruise of the season for Tauck. It was me, my husband, & my cousin - his 1st time to Europe & w/Tauck.
