It might help if you give the name of the tour this bike ride is included in or reposted this in the category for the tour? Is "errands" a typo?
Suzette_Cayco - When we did the Savoring France river cruise, a bike ride was offered for Arles. The tour director characterized it as relatively flat with some gentle, rolling hills. The few guests we spoke with confirmed it was not difficult. No matter which tour of Arles, I suspect the rides are virtually the same given the demographics of the guests, although it seems the use of e-bikes is becoming more prevalent.
We chose the walking tour and free time instead in order to enjoy the lovely Provençal quaintness and cuisine of the area. I hope this helps somewhat.
We did this bike ride back in 2018. Not a hard ride with some great stops along the way. Beautiful countryside.
Take a small backpack. In 2019 weeks stopped at a small olive oil shop and then again at the aqueduct for wine and cheese provided by the bike guide
