If you have taken this tour - Can you please share any feedback about your experience? I LOVED EVERY MINUTE of the Wildlife Odyssey: South Africa, Botswana & Zimbabwe - Are there any other safaris that folks recommend as a "can't miss"? THANK YOU.

Yes, Kenya and Tanzania, very different. The other our that includes Botswana. I also love Namibia…have been twice but not with Tauck.
Took the ‘Gorilla trip’ in 2019. The climb can be tough because of the humidity and altitude, possible rain, muddy trails etc. and can vary from an hour to several, like 3 or four hours, to get to your gorilla group. I’ve spoken to people who had to trekked for hours several times now. But of course an unforgettable experience.
Also - Any thoughts about this tour v Mountain Gorilla Safari: Kenya, Tanzania & Rwanda???
Ag, sorry, missed that you asked about the Tanzania Zanzibar tour. We took the Tanzania Zanzibar tour years ago. It is just as good as K and T and of course when you add the Rwanda Gorillas tour is exactly the same as the more expensive K and T one. Zanzibar is interesting and would be a nice ‘break’ before the vigorous Rwanda gorilla trek. If you want to save a boat load of money then do the Tanzania Zanzibar Rwanda trip. Rwanda countryside is beautiful by the way. Oh and no need for a Kenya visa
