When asked if they had any MORAL or legal obligation to compensate me customer representative said NO-although she refused my request to put that in writing. At the very least I would have expected that Tauck would have proactively sent me a check for my dry cleaning as a kind jesture without me having to send them a $40 invoice (which I refuse to do on principle). A simple gesture would have gone a very long way
