    Hello Gladys, good to hear for, you, how are you! Was your Morocco trip what you expected? Would you recommend Eldertreks?

    I’ve finally had a return appointment with my dr. and discussed the results of my CT scan. My pain is now at the front of my shin, not when I walk but when my leg moves as to get out of bed, so mainly when in a horizontal.position and moving to putting my foot on the ground. Apparently that fits exactly with where my nerve is being squished in my spine. So I finally got a script for PT which I start next week. He could already see that my left thigh has lost some muscle, also explaining why my leg feels heavy when doing things like going upstairs and getting up from kneeling. If this does not improve then surgery is the solution. Luckily I’m walking further and further and at a good pace. I’m determined to do the Argentina and.Chile tour in January. So if I need surgery I hope to schedule it after then so I have time to recover before our Morocco tour,
