Currently on day 11 of this tour. While the green ebook suggest bring a water bottle, and I did, it's not necessary. They hand out the usual plastic ones everywhere.2 -

Alan - Don't know what part of the country you're in, but 5F in sunshine in Yellowstone really doesn't feel very cold, unless it's windy. I live in CO and ski at least 2 days/week…1
