Yes, I went with Tauck last year with the March 25 tour. There was an abundance of cherry blossoms in Kyoto, Kanazawa and Hiroshima. The bloom season just peaked one week ahead in Tokyo and the flowers have not open in Hakone.
I did not stay extra nights and is now regretting it so I have signed up with a competitor.
