We are thinking of taking the Alaska/Yukon trip that includes Denali. We want to spend a day or two in Vancouver. I understand that Tauck uses Holland America, a medium size ship for the cruise portion. We are looking for an all inclusive as possible experience. Is there anything we would miss?

My son and I booked Tauck's new Alaska and The Yukon trip for May 2026.. I have only been on one other cruise with Tauck and that was a Silver Sea ship. Tauck is using Holland America for this trip and I have questions! Do I need to buy a wifi package and the drink package or is that included with Tauck? New to all of this…
The itinerary says we will have the afternoon on our own in Juneau. Does anyone have any 'don't miss...' recommendations for our time that day? We could go back to the ship for lunch or dine in Juneau. Again, do you have any 'don't miss...' restaurants you'd recommend? TIA.

I’m thinking about going on the Grand Alaska tour but question how good the ships are. In June the following ships can be booked: Grand , Pacific, Royal or Coral. Any recommendations or thoughts about the trip in general would be appreciated. Thank you.
Will be going on this trip June 2019. After having a travel and photographic hiatus for awhile, looking forward to taking some wonderful photos of scenery, nature, activities, & people while still being in the moment. Any suggestions/experiences regarding cameras, shots, etc. May get a new camera and then use it for China…

Hello! We are a family of 9 traveling with my parents, my brother and our 4 girls: ages 10.5, 12.5, 12.5 and 13 with the Call of the Wild August 19th departure. Was wondering if there is anyone else with kids around the same age? Looking forward to a great vacation!
