Wondering what to bring, to wear, to consider... doing the Silver Muse this August, 2025. Any suggestions?

    my mistake... it is the Silver Moon not Muse for 2025. Still looking for info as Tauck shares the ship with SilverSeas.

    We have taken many cruises on Silversea and went to Alaska a few years ago on the Silver Shadow. Silversea guests to be older and dress up in the evening especially for the nicer restaurants. However, you do have a choice as they have two restaurants where the dress code is far more relaxed. Men need to wear a jacket in the evening but they have some in the main dining area where you can borrow one. Silversea is changing and the younger ones (meaning sixties) tend to dress less formal. The Silver Moon is one of our favorite ships and you should have a wonderful time.

    We were on Silver Nova in Alaska last fall. Normal slacks and collard shirt in the evening. The only place requiring a sports coat was La Dame and they will let you borrow one.
