A Week In... Naples, Capri & Amalfi -- Blue Grotto? Postiano?

Looking for some tips on this tour ..... (1) is there time/opportunity to book an excursion to see the Blue Grotto while in Capri? (2) does the tour travel through and do we see any of Postiano? Thank you!!!

No, the tour description does not mention Positano. Suggest you call Tauck or discuss tours that visit there

Day 5 you might have time to see the Blue Grotto. I'd call Tauck and find out when you're expected to return to your hotel and you can work with the hotel concierge ahead of time to book a tour. Keep in mind that weather and tide conditions can close the grotto to tours as its quite tricky to get into it. For Day 6 the same wrt Positano. Unless you have some particular reason to visit it I'm not sure it's worth the effort given the time spent in Capri, the Amalfi coast drive, and other stops.

The time in Capri does not include the Blue Grotto. It can be tricky to see and is often not accessible if the waves are too high which occurs more in the afternoon than the morning. You will drive through/by Positano on the way to Amalfi from Sorrento. Sit on the door side of the bus for the best coastal views. In Capri, book a restaurant ahead of time. Lots to choose from. In Amalfi, the same. You will need to take the shuttle from the hotel. Take a swimsuit, the pools are awesome. If you are arriving in Naples early, The island of Procida is worth the short ferry ride from Naples. But book a round trip ticket to make sure you can get back to Naples.
