For the first time in my thirteen trips with Tauck, I have now booked a trip for not two but three people. My wife and I will be traveling with our adult daughter. All are booked under the same reservation as we, (the old adults) are paying. I was surprised when viewing the booking on my Tauck account that only two travellers (my wife and I) are shown in the Overview section. I then set up an account for my daughter using the required booking number, and when I interrogate that it shows "no trips booked" under her name. If I go back and look at the required information section of my account it is asking for three passports. Is the new Tauck booking system that screwed up? Am I being unrealistic to expect to see all travellers listed under the same reservation number? Or am I just being paranoid and everything will work out in the end? Others recent experiences with >2 heads per booking would be appreciated.

Have you called Tauck? When the new reservation system went live there were many hiccups. You may have just found another one.

Yes call Tauck. However, when we make family Bridges tours not every family member is shown and it causes worry and confusion every time and we have to call to make sure all is correct.

I have an upcoming trip with my adult daughter, just the two of us. She shows up in my financial summary (because I am paying) but not anywhere else on my login, including the Overview. This will be her first Tauck trip and she has her own account using her own email and will put in her arrival/departure info on her own login, even though it is the same for me.

This all sounds reasonable to me, so yes, it is a good idea to call Tauck about your situation.

As others have noted, this has always been the case with Bridges Tours where the 3rd person (grandchild) is not an adult. It has always worked out, but Tauck really needs to get this fixed because of the confusion and uncertainty it causes. Fortunately, airlines have figured this out so the same type of flight reservation with the same three people lists everyone on the reservation, so it can't be that hard.

As a work-around, if you book Tauck through a TA, they have full access to all travelers.
