Four Nights at Lion Sands

We are considering Elegant Adventure on a trip in which there will be fours nights at Lion Sands instead of two nights at two nights at Sabi Sabi and two nights at Lion Sands. Will we significantly miss out on the experience by only staying at Lion Sands? Are the game drives affected?

I would rather stay in the one place for the four nights instead of the upheaval of changing camps. It’s about 16 years since we took this tour, I can only recall one of the two camps because of the huge long bungalows we had with our own plunge pool You will see the same animals

Both camps have huge bungalows with plunge pools, I enjoyed staying at both.

I agree that staying at one location for four nights will be a plus, as long as nothing is missed.

We enjoyed Lion Sands more than Sabi Sabi. We only had the plunge pool at Lion Sands.

We liked Sabi Sabi better than Lion Sands but staying at one or the other only won't matter. Lion Sands is near the river while Sabi Sabi is primarily Savannah. While we had a plunge pool at Lions Sands, it was too cold to use it but we had a visitor!

It was a good introduction for us to Safaris.

Both lodges are elegant. Photos 2, 4, and 7 were my lodgings at Lion Sands. The others are from my stay at Sabi Sabi .
