Passing of Arthur Tauck Jr.

Arthur Tauck Jr. passed away a week ago. My sympathy goes out to his family, friends and to others whose lives he touched. While I never met him personally, I feel as though I knew something about the man through my many travels with Tauck and the environmental causes he and his company were involved in.

  • What a legacy he left. Condolences to the family. May his memory be a blessing.

  • What an amazing man!

  • RIP, Arthur, Jr. I was fortunate enough to meet and chat with him and his wife at Tauck's NYC Event a few years ago. It was an interesting chat with a very interesting guy. :-)

  • Sorry I never got to meet him nor any of the Taucks. The original Tauck tours were on my ‘stomping grounds’ along the Mohawk trail. I have lost the picture of me and my late sister in front of the Wigwam Restaurant which is a popular place on the Mohawk Trail.

  • My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Arthur and Ronni when they moved near us. We dined with them several times. Such lovely people. Arthur was always most interested in what others had to say, and Ronni is delightful. Bill and Arthur each told many stories about their times serving in Germany in the Army many years ago. He was so devoted to Tauck and always wanted to hear about our latest trip. He will be missed. We hope to continue to see Ronni. :)
