Did you carry/roll your luggage yourself or walk with TD, porter, and luggage cart? That is what they did for us in Florence to get to the Brunelleschi Hotel. What a great location by the way!-1 -

Same here. I rebooked. The $500 p/p credit helped reduced the nearly $1000 p/p price increase for 2021 tour.-1
