Did you just do this tour? We are booked on it for next April. How was the weather?
Just finishing up this fantastic tour, so I cannot comment on the April weather.
Lotus girl, were you able to sleep out in the Kalahari desert or was it still wet there? We took the tour later in the year but would like to go again at a different time of year but would not want to miss doing that adventure and I think in the past people have mentioned the conditions were not suitable. Thank you.
British- we are on our way home. The trip was outstanding, and I will post a trip report when I am able to do so. The dinner and sleep out were set up, but did not go forward because of high winds that started in the early evening. Eleven in our group of 17 did ride the ATVs. A lot of fun. When we arrived at the dinner site, the wonderful, hard working staff were in the process of packing up. They still had the fire going. We had a nighttime safari back to the camp. It was not wet. It was quite dry.
