Type C Adaptor for River Cruise?

Can someone please tell me if the Type C Adaptor will work on the Inspire, and if not, what type to get? Thanks!!

Type c European adapters are fine. In addition there will be a us type plug as well.

Photos taken in 2022 in an MS Inspire Cat 3 cabin. Plenty of Type C European 220V and US 120 volt outlets scattered throughout the cabin.

Thank you so much, Alan! I had seen your post and pictures previously (fabulous preview of our Christmas Markets Rhine trip!!!), but was concerned about the adaptor not having a round plug. This picture showing your adaptor out of the outlet cleared that up!

Could you also tell me what drawer storage there might be for non hanging items (Inspire, Cat 6)? Greatly appreciated!

We normally stay in the Cat 6 cabins on the shorter Tauck ships like the Treasure, Emerald, etc but not the longer ships like the Inspire. On those ships they included a large bureau with drawers in addition to the upright cabinets. Unfortunately - based on a recent youtube video - it doesn't look like they included the bureau on the longer ships. There will be small drawers in the bedside cabinets and probably a couple of small drawers in the tall cabinets. But mostly it will be shelves and hanging storage.

We'll be staying in a Cat 6 on the Grace next year so I'll be curious as to what you find.

I can only speak to Cat 3- in addition to drawers along the wall by the coffee maker, there were three huge drawers in a credenza at the foot of the bed.

There was some sort of river cruise convention this past spring and several vloggers posted videos of the MS Joy including the cabins. The one from Sarah Mcclure is one of the best to show cabins details. She tours Cat 7, 6, 3 and 1. The 3 is the loft cabin Alan has pictures of above.

The Inspire has more than adequate drawer/shelf space for two people. Sometimes we will store bulking seldom used items in our suitcase which slide under the bed. There are several type C adapters such as the round on you mentioned. We usually carry a couple of the small two prong C adapters when we are out and about. The round ones work much better if you are attaching larger/bulkier iPhone/laptop/camera/anker plugs. The weight of these will sometime pull the small adapter enough that you will lose the power connection.
