Teenage clothing in France
We are excited to take our granddaughters on the Bridges trip to Paris and the Seine boarding July 12th. We will also enjoy
2 days in Paris beforehand. This is the first trip to France for all of us. Any suggestions about appropriate attire for teenage females (13 & 16) in both Paris and on the cruise would be welcome.

We were just there last month on a Seine River cruise with days in Paris both Pre & Post. They dressed just like us. Go with what's comfy. Read your Tauck paperwork for CompassRose guidelines and if there is a special dinner off the boat. The whole cruise itself was very casual - we loved it. No shorts in the dining room, but still casual. Most of us wore to dinner what we had on all day. Some changed shoes of course. There was a 1920's themed party one night per your paperwork - accessories mostly from Amazon.
Just remember that many churches in Europe have dress restrictions for modesty. No bare knees, shoulders, etc. If you plan to eat at finer restaurants you might want to check their dress codes but there are plenty of alternatives if you aren't planning a special meal out.also
I was going to say the same about going in churches
I know this will open up a can of worms but it’s still a little surprising to me how revealing some female teenagers dress that they think is appropriate or acceptable. Being sensibly clothed in an appealing manner is more attractive than barely dressed.
