A funny thing happened on the way to the forum...
I am currently on tour. At lunch one day, I was chatting with a woman and we were talking about various trips. Regarding one specific trip she said something to the effect, "Tauck runs a forum and somebody posted yada, yada..."
My answer was, "that was my post." She asked my forum ID and I told her. Then asked what her's was and she said, "I just lurk. I've never posted."

I've met some lurkers on cruises too. Just glad people read the forum.
I also am in a Tauck Facebook group. Had asked a question recently of the group.. Was then discussing the issue with my sister about the question since she had recently been on a tour. Her response... "somebody on Facebook asked about that" and I'm like yeah that was me. Keep in mind my actual name is on my FB account and its not a particularly common name.
I had a lurker on one of my land tours and at dinner she mentioned that she knew me from the forum.
