We are scheduled on the Southbound Rhine Christmas Market trip and the map indicates a peak altitude of 6940 ft - would anyone know if at this altitude any really activity takes place e.g. Rapid walking etc. My wife might need some medication if so. Thanks, Don & Carol

Anyone travelng on this cruise? We are headed for our third Christmas Market cruise , a truly great experience. We leave on the 28th from MIA and arrive at DUS at 12:40 PM . We look foward to meeting all ! Our best, Bob and Julie.
