We’re joining Michigan Lakes and Mackinaw Island mid July 2022. Anyone with us? Any suggestions?

    We are not on the land tour but, rather, the small ship cruise of the Great Lakes this fall. Mackinac Island is a car-free area and the Grand Hotel is reminiscent of the 1920s and 1930s. The hotel has a strict dress code for the evening meal (I believe they still do), not formal but ties and coats for the men and dresses or dress slacks for the women.
