  • That seems to be their standard response. I sent them a note a few years ago and received the same reply.

    The best thing to do is to write an email to the higher ups in the company. I found everyone’s email from Elliott Confidential.com. Im sure you’ll get a quick response in a few days. They won’t like to see this on the forum.
