Weather on Blue Danube late October
My wife and I will be taking the Blue Danube River Tour leaving from Munich in late October. For any of you who have done this cruise in late October--early November what type of temperatures should we expect?

As BKMD said, British gave you a good reference.
But remember.... whatever the websites or fellow travelers say, expect the unexpected. Everyone always worries about dress up clothing when they really need to focus on being able to adjust to weather as needed. Layers layers.
Some quick translations that we always remember:
16C = 61F
28C = 82F
These will give you an idea about what the temperatures are when you are there.
Kathy, that's a new one and pretty useful. I always use the "2 X Celsius + 30 = Fahrenheit" formula.
For me, it's a quick interpolation, knowing some key values:
0 = 32 (freezing)
10 = 50
20 = 68 (room temp)
30 = 86 (note this is the reverse of 68)
37 = 98.6 (body temp) This one is for the docs, and a starting temp for Smiling Sam to not be cold.
Then, use a 2:1 interpolation (9:5 if you're a stickler for accuracy). For example, if it's 25C, add 10F to 68, which is 78 (actually 77, but close enough).
JudgJohn - You should experience cooler temperatures at that time of year, but with climate change it is getting harder to rely on historical data. I always check the ten (10) day forecasts as my trips get closer.
I recommend having a versatile and mix and match wardrobe. Merino wool and cashmere are lightweight but exceptionally warm. They are my go-to choices since I dislike heavy outerwear.
I would certainly take a raincoat, especially one with a removable liner and hood. I have one that is slightly below the knee and works well for me.
