For the south africa trip in January, do we need malaria treatment and shots?
Getting mixed replies going on-line...

    You may get mixed recommendations here as well. My suggestion is to read what it says on the CDC website, then since everyone is different, age and physical condition, do what your travel doctor recommends.

    I was going to suggest exactly what Alan just said. Yes, check the CDC and WHO websites for the destinations you're traveling to, and talk to your doctor.
